A Kis Padlizsán az a hely, ahol nem használunk állati eredetű összetevőket, állományjavítókat és színezékeket. Igyekszünk szezonális és vegyszermentes alapanyagokkal főzni. Ételeink minden esetben a főzés és az élet iránti szenvedélyünket tükrözi.
Az ízekért nálunk elsősorban a felhasznált alapanyagok és a szakértelem vállalják a felelősséget, nem kifelejtve egy Kis Padlizsán-t sem! Számunkra természetes, hogy a főzéshez minden esetben tisztított vizet használunk, kókuszzsírral sütünk és mindenhez adunk egy csipet szeretetet :). Csapatunk azért dolgozik, hogy olyan változatos ételeket készítsen, amiért mindig érdemes legyen hozzánk visszatérni és újabbakat kipróbálni. Nem csak vegánoknak és vegetáriánusoknak készítjük az ételeinket, hanem minden kíváncsi érdeklődőnek.

At Kis Padlizsan we don’t use any animal-derived ingredients, artificial food additives or coloring.
Our goal is to only cook with mainly organic, seasonal components/ingredients. All of our meals reflect our passion for cooking and life.
More and more people are looking for a place where they can have a meal without compromises, and can trust the cooks entirely.
We are here to be those cooks! In our kitchen the fresh ingredients and expertise are what is preliminary responsible for the flavors, and of course a Little Eggplant (Kis Padlizsan).
We try to use organic vegetables and fruits as much as possible. For us it is natural that we only cook with filtered water and coconut oil, and we add a hint of love to all of our meals :). Our team's goal is to provide a varied menu that has old favorites worth returning for, or new and different ones to try for the first time.
We don't cook just for those who are vegan or vegetarian, but also for anyone who is interested in trying new, delicious and healthy culinary choices.
