About me as an owner :

I love travelling, seeing new things, and meeting new people. I have been in the US several time, some Europe countries, and Asia. Currently, my passion is to share our great holiday apartman where is the location only a few steps from our lovely Danube River. I want to meet people who have similar interests, people who want to visit and explore our nice and beautiful city, Budapest. I hope everyone visits and enjoy!

About our apartment :

The Apartment is 48 meter square in total, with 18 meter square bedroom with double bed plus one sofa bed, and 12 meter square living room with double sofa bed, which can be switch to be extended bed up to 2 people, and a private bathroom with shower. Our apartment at ground floor.

Guests staying at the Duna Szecsi Apartman will find themselves surrounded by restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic sights. The apartment comprises with 2 cable TVs, FREE Wifi, a well-appointed kitchen with Microwave, Stove, Oven , Refrigerator, Kitchenware, Dining table, Coffee machine, Hair dryer, Ironingboard table, Rice Cooker and Washing Machine.

We will also be providing free Welcome drinks.

Guest Access

Incredible location, only 200 meter from the famous Váci Shopping Street, 300 meter from Great Market Hall and 700 meter from Citadella. The Ferenciek tere Metro 3 Station is 600 meter away, Fővám tér Metro 4 Station, trams number 47, 49 are 300 meter away and trams number 2 is 200 meter away.

Interaction with Guests

Except the Storage Room, the apartment is all yours, i will be available, should you need any assistance.

The Neighborhood

Duna Szecsi Apartman Budapest location is only a few step from the heart of the beauty longest Danube river in the European Union region, on the Pest side of the river.

Getting Around

Parking on the street costs €1,5/h (450 Forint/hour and maximum for 3 hours), or at Balna Parking lots costs €0,90/h (250 Forint/hour) open 0-24, the location is 500 meter away from the apartment.
At night (20:00-8:00) and the weekends are free

Other Things to Note

Please don't lose the key! We need to charge 20 EUR for lost keys.

No hidden cost, the price including 4% of tourist tax.

Please help to keep this nice and newly refurbished apartment in a good condition by normal using.

Please respect this is a residential building and Please NOT noise after 10pm - 8am

No pets allowed.

Strictly non-smoking apartment.
Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment on the shared covered terrace.

Only checked in people can stay at the apartment.

Please don't lose the key! We need to charge 20 EUR for lost keys.

Check in at 14pm-20pm
Check out at 11am

In special cases we are a little bit flexible.

For a late check-in please contact the owner.

Price starting from
1 September - 30 April = 42 Euro for 2 persons/night (except long weekend, Christmas, Easter, winter festival and others Public holiday please contact us for more info)

1 May - 31 August = 60 Euro for 2 persons/night (except long weekend, Christmas, Easter, summer festival, and others Public holiday please contact us for more info).

And for addtional person, we will charge 10 Euro/person/night.

No hidden cost, the price including 4% of tourist tax.

30% deposit is asked when booking via bankstransfer or via PayPal.
